Peace people. During this breathwork session with me, you will embark on a journey of healing for your mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. Using different breathing techniques, I will guide you into a meditative state that allows you to release negative thoughts and emotions through each breath. Pranayama is a Sanskrit word that means "extension of the life force" or "breath control". It refers to the ancient Indian practice of controlling your breath for physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Pranayama practice involves different breathing techniques that aim to purify the body AND mind, balance the energy centers (chakras), and cultivate inner awareness so healing can happen. Whether you choose a 20, 40, or 60-minute session, 1 on 1 or with a group, you will experience the benefits of deep breathing as you elicit the body's relaxation response and calming the Nervous System. Through this process, acute stress feelings such as anger, anxiety, depression, sadness, bitterness, fear of the unknown, loneliness and limiting beliefs will be released, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered. I will guide you through each step of the process, creating a safe and supportive environment for your transformational experience. Whether you are new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, this session is an opportunity to connect with your inner self, release negative energy, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
